No. Every community on our service area list is on our normal route, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay regardless of whether you are downtown or in Largo. If you are outside the list we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your job size before we quote.

Estimates usually happen within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in the service area. For the work itself, single-tree removals and trimming are typically same-week, and land clearing or multi-tree jobs run one to two weeks out. Largo and Seminole sometimes run a day longer simply because of drive time.

Not routinely. Crossing the bay adds enough drive time that we cannot hold our normal scheduling or pricing over there. For a large multi-tree removal or land-clearing job it is worth a phone call, but for single trees and trimming you will get better service from a Tampa-based company.

Yes, and a meaningful share of our work is HOA common-area trees and community canopy management. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 up front, can invoice the association directly, and are happy to walk the property with a board member or property manager before quoting.

No. Pricing is driven by tree size, species, lean, access and hazard level — not by your ZIP code. A forty-foot oak removal costs the same in Gulfport as it does in Seminole. Crane access and difficult drop zones cost more anywhere.

Waterfront properties in Shore Acres, Snell Isle and the beach communities see more wind stress and salt exposure, which can shorten the interval for palm trimming and increase storm-related work. Inland areas like Pinellas Park and Seminole see steadier, more predictable maintenance needs.

The older, established neighborhoods with mature live oak canopy: Old Northeast, Snell Isle, Historic Kenwood and Crescent Lake. Those areas commonly require a City of St. Petersburg permit before a large oak comes down. Newer subdivisions in Pinellas Park, Seminole and Largo have younger trees and fewer permit questions.

Yes, with priority scheduling everywhere. After a named storm we triage by severity rather than geography, so a tree on a structure in Shore Acres gets seen before a single dead limb in Largo. We document all damage photographically for insurance before starting work.

We can give you a rough range over the phone or from texted photos, and that is often enough to decide whether to proceed. But the written flat price requires an on-site visit, because lean, internal decay and access are the three biggest cost drivers and none of them are reliable from a photo.
